This sunny, elegant and quiet apartment is perfect for a couple or small family.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and ample cupboard space while the three seat sofa in the living room folds out into a twin size bed.

The living room has a 50" smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon prime.

The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, a full dining set and leads to a four seat dining table.

This elevator building apartment faces the back of the building and also has built in undercounter washing machine, iron and drying clothes line.

The Syngrou-Fix metro station on the M2 red line is conveniently located two streets away.

From here you can connect to almost any part of Athens. The metro station is on Syngrou avenue, a major traffic hub in

Athens with taxi and bus access 24/7

GETTING TO THE APARTMENT:

The quickest way to get from Athens Airport (ATH) to Koukaki is by taxi, which costs anywhere from €45 - €60 and is an approximate 45 min drive. The get from the airport to Koukaki by take the M3 Metro blue line heading to "Dimotiko Theatro".

 At "Syntagma square" you'll need to transfer to the M2 Metro red line heading to "Ellinikon". Koukaki is the 2nd stop after your transfer. The station in Koukaki is called " Syngrou- Fix". From the metro station it is a 4 min walk to the apartment.

The subway ride takes approximately 55 min and costs €10.

CHECK IN:

Check in is at 3pm. Early check-in may be possible depending on previous day occupancy. Otherwise storage rentals are available in the immediate area for a small fee.

TRASH AND RECYCLING:

Please note that we sort waste by trash and recycling. All recycling (glass, plastic and paper ) is collected and disposed of together. Household trash can be thrown out at any green dumpster on the street and recycling can be placed in the blue dumpsters. The closest dumpsters to the apartment are located right in front of the building on Dimitrakopoulou st

KITCHEN OVEN AND TOPS:

The oven and tops are fully functional. When using the kitchen tops, please switch on the overhead extractor . Select the desired fan speed from the hood and a overhead lamp can also be accessed from there. We usually open the kitchen window and turn on the extractor to avoid cooking smells permeating in the apartment.

CHECK OUT

Please make sure all doors and windows are closed, as well as all electrical devices have been switched off. When ready to leave, please set the apartment keys on the dining table and close the door behind you. After leaving the apartment please send me a text to confirm that the cleaners may enter the apartment.

SMOKING:

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Please do not smoke in the apartment.

 

QUIET TIME:

Please note that common quiet hours are observed from 3pm to 5pm daily. 

 

COOLING AND HEATING:

There are two AC units to cool and heat the apartment.

During the winter months, heat is provided by the building from 5pm to 10pm daily.

Hot water is supplied by the terrace solar heater. In case of extended periods of cloudy weather, please contact me to give you instructions on how to turn on the manual boiler.
